AI-agent workflow builds for solo founders & small teams

You can see how we build, before you hire us.

A specific, repetitive bottleneck — lead triage, support first-response, data entry between two tools, report generation — built into a working automation, by one operator using an AI-agent build process with the same discipline you'd want from a much bigger shop. No pitch deck. A real build log instead.

Here's the build log, not just the pitch

Every other option in this category asks you to trust a claim. We'd rather show you the actual process — including the parts that broke and how they got fixed.

01

A live analytics dashboard, built end-to-end

Real integration work, not a mockup: a planned data source turned out to be dead mid-build, we diagnosed why, and substituted a working alternative that still delivers real data — the kind of "the API changed underneath us" problem every automation project eventually hits.

02

Error handling tested against a real, unplanned outage

Every data panel is independently isolated — its own try/catch, its own timeout, its own retry control. Tested against three simulated failure scenarios, and then, during that same verification pass, one of the real underlying data sources genuinely went down on its own. The build degraded exactly as designed — on a failure nobody staged.

03

Financial-grade rigor applied to a non-trivial domain

A simulated settlement workflow with a from-scratch double-entry ledger that enforces debits-equal-credits on every posting — plus a fully honest, itemized account of exactly what would separate the simulation from a real regulated product. Real rigor, paired with real honesty about limits — that combination is what you should expect from anything built for you.

These are prototypes we built to prove a process, not shipped products with real users — we'll always tell you that plainly. What they prove is methodology: real error handling, real testing, honest documentation of what does and doesn't work. That's the standard your build gets too.

Is this for you?

We're a good fit if most of this is true:

You have one clear, nameable bottleneck

Repetitive manual work costing you founder-hours you'd rather spend elsewhere — not a vague "we should automate more" feeling.

You're 1–15 people

Solo founder, indie SaaS team, or small agency — big enough to feel the cost of manual work, too lean for a full agency engagement or a hire.

You want it done, not a tool to learn

You'd rather pay for a finished, working thing than become the person who has to learn, build, and maintain a no-code platform yourself.

You want to verify quality before paying

You're the kind of buyer who'd rather see real build discipline than take "trust me" on faith — that's exactly what Section 01–03 above is for.

What it costs

Scoped project pricing, typically $1.5k–$6k depending on complexity, or a monthly retainer once there's ongoing maintenance or iteration to do. A free 15-minute scoping call comes first — no cost to find out if it's a fit, and if it isn't, you'll hear that directly.

What this is not: a staffed agency with an account-manager layer. You talk directly to the person building your thing. AI agents do a large share of the drafting/building/testing work, directed and reviewed end to end by the person who owns your deliverable and the relationship with you — not a fully autonomous process, and not a claim we'd make.
